Abstract
The article aims to analyze the contextual factors and challenges of implementing the Tuberculosis Control Program in the Microregion of Unaí-MG and elaborate and validate a logical model. This evaluability analysis uses triangulation of methods and data techniques. Documentary analysis, application of questionnaires, and semi-structured interviews were carried out, and the construction of the logical model of the Tuberculosis Control Program was validated through modification of the Delphi technique. It was found that all municipalities carry out actions related to the disease, but the analysis of the actions implemented in the territory showed weaknesses in their operationalization. The program's management and organizational dimensions presented the most significant weaknesses. The logical model developed is a tool to support a more in-depth analysis of the program at the local level, which can result in improvements in the execution of the program and the quality of the assistance offered.
